This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for course enrollments, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1.Refund Eligibility

1.1. Defective or Misdescribed Services: As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment if the course does not match the description provided on our website Home – Neo Quest or is defective (e.g., significant technical issues preventing access to the live sessions).

1.2. Post-Session Restriction: No refunds will be issued after you have attended the first live session of the course, as the core service delivery begins at that point.

1.3. Non-Refundable Fees: Except as stated above, course fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, due to the nature of live course delivery and associated costs.

2.Refund Request Process

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • Course name and enrollment date.
  • Order ID or payment confirmation.
  • Reason for the refund request.

2.2. Review: We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed as per Section 3.

2.3. Supporting Evidence: You may be required to provide evidence (e.g., screenshots of technical issues) to support your claim of a defective service.

3.Refund Processing

3.1. Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval, credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.

3.2. Taxes and Fees: Refunds will include the course fee and applicable taxes paid. Any payment gateway or bank charges are non-refundable, as per third-party policies.

3.3. Currency: Refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees (INR), regardless of the currency used for payment, at the exchange rate applied during the original transaction.

4.Course Cancellation by Neo Quest

4.1. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures or force majeure).

4.2. Options: In case of cancellation by Neo Quest, you will be offered:

  • A full refund of the course fee, processed within 15 business days to the original payment method, or
  • The option to transfer to another available course of equivalent value, subject to your consent.

5.Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Failure to attend live sessions due to personal reasons (e.g., scheduling conflicts, lack of preparation).
  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., inadequate internet connection, incompatible devices).
  • Change of mind after the 7-day refund period or after attending the first live session.
  • Non-compliance with course prerequisites or terms of service.

6.Compliance with Indian Laws
